The consulting company's previous website presented several usability challenges, including a complex six-level navigation, lack of mobile optimization, and difficult-to-read typography. Additionally, slow load times, frequent bugs, and a complicated CMS contributed to a confusing user experience and made site maintenance difficult. These issues hindered users from easily accessing information and navigating the site effectively.
To address the challenges of the previous website, the solution focused on creating a streamlined and intuitive user experience. The navigation was simplified to ensure users can easily find the information they need, with a structure that is clear and user-friendly. The website was optimized for mobile devices, ensuring accessibility and usability across all platforms. Typography was carefully selected for readability, enhancing the overall user experience. Additionally, site performance was significantly improved with faster load times and reduced bugs. A more intuitive CMS was implemented to simplify content management, making it easier for the team to maintain and update the site efficiently.

UI/UX Design Case Study
In collaboration with the senior consultants of the company, we conducted a series of personal workshops to define the scope and understand how they wanted their brand to be represented online. Through these discussions, I was able to gain valuable insights into their goals and vision, which informed the redesign strategy. I restructured the navigation and content hierarchy to create a more intuitive user experience, ensuring that the site's organization aligned with the company’s identity. Carefully selected typefaces were introduced to reflect their brand, alongside a new, consistent picture style. The design was mobile-optimized from the outset, maintaining the integrity and depth of the content while enhancing accessibility across devices.

It also includes essential pages like Imprint and Locations, ensuring users can quickly access both detailed insights into our offerings and necessary legal and contact information.
